The Sussex County Fairgrounds is located at
37 Plains Rd. in Augusta, NJ and is home of the New Jersey State Fair. It is easily accessible from Route 206 or County Road 565. We will be housed in the 12,000 sq-ft. Richardson Building, so don't let any rain stop you! For more info and directions visit, www.njstatefair.org
(PLEASE NOTE: Parking is FREE, but there will be a $4 donation per person that will go to O.S.C.A.R. Kids 10 and under are FREE!)
For everyone's safety, dogs must be leashed at all times at the fairgounds (No Retractable). To participate with your dog you will be required to sign a waiver. All dogs must be current with their vaccinations. We will not be responsible if your dog injuries somebody or is injured at the walk.
If your dog can't handle other dogs, large groups of people, children, loud noises or people in costume please consider leaving them home. However, you are still welcome to participate in all our festivities.
All fairground rules concerning pets MUST BE FOLLOWED! Please remember to pick up after your pet.

The Sussex County Fairgrounds has served as the home to a wide variety of year-round events both cultural and entertaining for more than 70 years. What better way to spend a fall afternoon than with your best friend in the picturesque setting of Sussex County, NJ at DWOTD. Before or after the walk why not enjoy pumpkin or apple picking and a romp through a corn or sunflower maze at one of the many wonderful farms in the Sussex County area.
